Kashan University of Medical Sciences has a multi-purpose physical training hall with an area of 1857 square meters including (main hall, gym, table tennis, taekwondo, wrestling, darts and chess), an indoor swimming pool with an area of 1588 square meters, a football field, a kitchen and a dining hall. Olympiad of championship sports for students of medical sciences universities of the country is held in August and September in every other year for male and female students.

General Sports Olympiad:
The general sports Olympiad for students of medical sciences universities is held in Khazarabad, Sari, in March every year for male and female students.
