Admission Requirements

 In order to insure and maintain admission, you must complete the following:

That you are medically fit and in good health with no sever visual defect, color blindness and sever physical deformity that can affect your performance in lab work for related programs, certified by a medical check-up in Iran arranged by KAUMS. You are required to present a valid immunization certificate (such as COVID-19 vaccination card), a Physical and Mental Health certificate approved by the accredited health authority of your country and any other medical documents you have.

Note:  you have been issued a valid visa and Student Pass by IRANINAN Immigration Authorities

Other important admission conditions:

1. Before the semester starts, you are required to settle your tuition fees in full. You must complete your registration for the conditions of this letter to apply to you or you may lose your chance of studying at KAUMS for the following academic year.
2. Maintain satisfactory academic progress and behavior/conduct grades during your study years. Satisfactory progress would be required for continued attendance.
3. Any change of university or interdisciplinary transfer (transfer between universities) is prohibited. The university will not have any commitment and responsibility towards these kind of students.
4. The university allocates separated dorms for boys and girls.
5. You can choose your room only based on the empty capacities of dormitory at the time of registration. If you notify us, the University may provide on-campus accommodation or some exclusive suites whose fee will also be separate from the tuition fee.
6. The first two years of education will be taught in English. Since the original language of our country is Persian, the classes will totally be held in English for the first two years of your study. So, the rest of your education will be in mixed Persian and English, (totally be held in Persian) especially because your preclinical courses (physiopathology stage) start in the third year of your study  and your clinical courses (stager and internship stages) which depend on communicating with the patients will start in later years; however, the content, resources and slides of the courses will mostly be in English as our foreign language. Moreover, in clinical stage, due to the need for direct communication with patient, most exams also will be held in Persian. Therefore, you will be required to learn Persian and submit a valid Persian certificate to continue the course.
7. It is compulsory for all applicants to participate in and pay for the intensive Persian language course, which be held by KUAMS language center after their settlement in KAUMS unless they have a valid certificate in Persian Language.
8. It is worth mentioning that Persian language learning process provided by the KAUMS language center for foreign students will continue along with their education to improve their Persian language ability.
9. It should also be noted that the language courses fee is apart from the annual tuition fees.
10. According to plans, your Persian Language class will start as soon as you come to university. Additional information will be announce later.
    1. If you are attending classes in your home country, please make sure you have a stable and high-speed connection to attend classes and exams, as you will be responsible for any loss of connectivity and non-participation in classes and exams.
    2. Inform the university if you have any special disease or physical disability.

You must present the following documents at the time of registration:

Providing the following original documents when you register.

1. Academic certificate and transcripts sealed and confirmed by embassy of Islamic Republic of Iran in the country of the applicant. Please consider that after receiving the acceptance from the university, applicant should bring the original sealed and confirmed transcript and academic certificate.

Your original Diploma needs to be approved (signed and verified) by:

• -The Institution, which has issued the degree.
• -The original Diploma & original Official Transcript(s) must be translated into English.
• -The Original Diploma that is translated into English must be stamped by the embassy of Iran in your country or the embassy of your country in Iran and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran.
• -If your documents are in any other languages, you should translate it into Persian in Iran.

2. The original Diploma and Secondary Education Certificates.
3. Original Official Transcript(s) & two photocopies of the Transcript(s).
4. Original passport(valid for at least one (1) year)
5. Three photocopies of the main pages.
6. Two photocopies of the student's visa page.
7. Six official photos (3cm*4cm) with white background.
8. English Language certificate (if you have)
9. Persian Language certificate (if you have)
10. Graduate School Recommendations Letter; submit an academic letter of recommendation from the school where you spent the last years of your studies.
11. A valid immunization certificate, in addition to a Physical and Mental Health certificate approved by an accredited health authority of your county and any other medical documents.
12. Completion of payment of the tuition fee to reserve a place in the class.
13. Financial evidence (bank account statement or financial guarantee letter of 3/000 US dollars or the same amount in your country's currency) that you are able to meet the living expenses in IRAN for the duration of at least one semester from beginning of your study.

Additional requirements:

1. Completed admission forms.
2. Scan of documents indicating graduation date, school name and evaluation scores. Evaluation marks can be reported based on percentage, GPA, or a score of 20. In any case, the university tries to accept talented and capable individuals.
3. Scan of all the pages of the applicant’s passport.
4. Scan of recent photo from applicant with resolution of at least 300dpi.
5. The Motivation letter indicating applicant’s abilities in various related fields such as computer software, arts, sports and different technologies.
6. Providing Recommendation Letters from at least two related faculty members on education, research abilities, communication skills and creativity of the applicant to have complete dominance (Only for postgraduate degrees applicants).

Official TOEFL, IELTS, MCHE score is required to submit for all applicants from countries in which the official language is not English. The minimum acceptable scores are 480, 5 and 50, respectively (Only for Ph.D degree applicants)

F) Resume or CV which indicates complete description of the applicant’s education, work experience, research activities and scientific publications. To provide a reasonable sample of a CV you can refer to the site http://www.doyoubuzz.com (Only for postgraduate degree applicants).

All documents should be sent to the email address int@kaums.ac.ir . The university will try its best to complete admission process within 30 days after submission. The first feedback will be sent to the applicant as soon as the documents are submitted.

• Should fill and select Kashan University of Medical Sciences with 212-identification code.
• Start registering and fill blanks completely, correctly and carefully
