A coordination meeting for organizing the university graduation ceremony was held
As part of preparations for a more splendid student graduation ceremony, a meeting was held on Tuesday, May 20th of this year at the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Cultural and Student Affairs.
According to the Public Relations Office of the International department, the meeting was held with the presence of the University’s Vice Chancellor for Cultural and Student Affairs, the Director of International Affairs, the Director of Cultural Affairs, the Cultural Vice - Chancellors of the faculties, and student representatives.
During the meeting, in addition to reviewing suggestions and coordinating necessary arrangements, it was decided that, as in the previous year, the graduation ceremony would be held in a centralized and joint manner for all fields of study.
This decision was welcomed and supported by all cultural vice - chancellors of faculties and student representatives, and emphasis was placed on the importance of unity, cohesion, and solidarity among faculties.
The goal of this ceremony is to create memorable, organized, and unified moments for the university’s dear graduates, so that this ceremony may be remembered as one of the most beautiful experiences of their academic period.
